As IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining computer systems
• Proposing services that ensure system and data security
• Following the instructions of IT procedures and IT strategy
• Configuring and installing computer OS
• Testing software applications and computer systems
• Monitoring network and server subsystems
• Communicate and track problems with 3rd party vendors
• Analyzing the needs of employees
• Providing help to employees
• Creating and managing necessary documentation for the procurement of IT products and conducting tenders at the order of the information technology and digital product development coordinator
• Performing other tasks according to the order of the information technology and digital product development coordinator

Requirements:
